Don't Be Shady Teams Up With Accumulate
As the founders of Don't Be Shady are creative people themselves, the Accumulate charity resonated with us and we are proud to announce that we are working with the team at Accumulate. The Accumulate charity provides creative workshops to young, homeless people who are living in hostels or temporary accommodation in London. They also fundraise for scholarships for their participants to continue their creative education and study at college – this is a life-changing opportunity that opens up a new world of possibilities.
To give someone a helping hand with their education is something that the team at Don't Be Shady would love to support. That is why we are raising money to offer an Accumulate participant a scholarship. We will be donating 10% of all sales to this great cause. Plus, we have set up a Just Giving page so you don't have to buy sunglasses in order to show your support. The Accumulate scholarship covers the fees for one Accumulate participant to attend and study on the Access to HE course in Design and Digital Media at Ravensbourne University London. There is also a bursary for the year as well as an external study mentor once a month. The total cost is £4,600 but we would like to raise £5,000 so we can provide school supplies.
